Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR)
– Based out of Warsaw the mandate is to help OSCE participating States “ensure

OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media (RFOM) - The function
of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media is to observe relevant media
developments in OSCE participating states with a view of providing early warning

OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (PA) – This is the parliamentary
dimension of the OSCE. The primary task of the 317-member Assembly is to facilitate

National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting in Ukraine

Eurasia Foundation – The Foundation's Kyiv Regional Office
is responsible for grant making programs. The office began awarding grants in

As part of Ukraine Citizen Action Network (UCAN) program, the Institute for Sustainable Communities has developed an election information website. The goal of the site is to provide non-partisan information about election procedures, party platforms, legal and hot line services, and other information to assist voters in the upcoming parliamentary election. Telekritika - A web based media outlet that aims to provide

The European Institute for the Media (EIM) - is a think tank for research and strategy concerning developments in European media and communications, based in Dortmund, Germany. The EIM's activities include research and comparative analysis of media developments in European and Mediterranean countries undergoing political and economic transition.
