• The resolution of the Central Election Commission from 9th September 2005 No 140 On the average indicator of the cost for a single block of print space or single unit of airtime in mass media outlets for the conduct of election campaigns during the election of deputies to the Verhkovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local councils and heads of villages, settlements and cities on 26th March 2006.
