KYIV, 11 May 2004 - The OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine announces its release of an unofficial English translation of the new law of Ukraine, "On the Elections of the President of Ukraine". MUKACHEVE, 16 April 2004 - The Committee of Voters of Ukraine held a roundtable on April 16 in Mukacheve. KYIV, 6-8 April 2004 - The newly appointed OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media (RFOM), Miklos Haraszti, came for an official visit to Ukraine. KYIV, 5-8 April 2004 - The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) sent an election expert team for a working visit to Kyiv. KYIV, 17 March 2004 – The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (PA) came to Kyiv for a field visit between March 14 and 16. KYIV, 3 March 2004 – The OSCE Secretary General, Jan Kubis, came for an official visit to Ukraine from March 1-2, 2004.
